Caretaker

We are currently recruiting for a part time Caretaker for an immediate start based in Perranporth.

*Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided*

Pay rate:

• £13.50p/hour

Shift pattern:

• Saturday & Sunday
• 10:30am - 8pm

Duties will include:

• Unlocking and securing toilet facilities at the beginning and end of each day
• Ensuring toilets are well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
• Regularly emptying waste bins to uphold cleanliness standards
• Performing tasks that require physical exertion, including lifting heavy objects
• Demonstrating the ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently
• Keeping accurate records of inventory and maintenance activities
