The Best Connection are seeking Joiners/Multi-Skilled Tradespeople for a well-established Client based in Teesside to work on domestic property developments.

Requirements:

• Experience working in domestic or commercial properties on a joinery/carpentry basis
• Hold a full driving license and own transport due to working across the Northeast for a busy client (works van may also be provided for some sites)
• Multi-trade experience, i.e brickwork, carpentry, plastering, etc. and own tools is preferable.
• Work on domestic properties to building codes and regulations
• Professional and courteous when working in others homes

Working Hours:

• Working Monday to Friday
• 7:30am - 4:30pm
• No weekends!

Pay Rate:

• £17.00 per hour
• Mileage paid back for travelling to and from sites when using own car

Person specification:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work to target
• Experience working multiple trades on residential or commercial sites
