We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Workington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production team.

Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Workington

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

Start date: Monday 2nd March 2026

The role

• Operating and monitoring specialist production equipment
• Assisting with material preparation and processing activities
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a physical, team-based environment
