Job Title: Mill Operative
Location: South-West Scotland
Competitive Pay: £12.70 up to 39 hours, and £19.05 for any hours worked after 39 hours per week
Bonus: Weekly bonuses from £20 to £100 for smashing your daily tasks—because great work deserves a polished plank of appreciation!

Shift Options to Keep You in the Groove:
We have two departments with rotational shifts (these shifts are non-negotiable):
Day Shift: 06:30 AM - 16:30 PM
Night Shift: 18:30 PM - 04:30 AM (Monday - Thursday)
Day Shift : 05:00 AM - 13:30 PM
Back Shift: 16:30 PM - 00:30 AM
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll operate machines that turn logs into lumber, stack it up for shipping,. It’s a job for those who love to work hard, stay sharp, and embrace the grain!
**Important Note: Due to our location, the sawmill is not accessible by public transport. Candidates must have their own reliable transport to get to and from work.**
