Are you a passionate Chef De Partie looking to take your culinary skills to new heights? Join a world-leading flight catering company based in Colnbrook, supporting major global airlines with exceptional in-flight meals.

Pay Rate: £16.28 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 Early, 2 Late)
 Shift Times: 6:30am–2:00pm (Early) / 2:00pm–10:30pm (Late)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing high-quality meals to airline specifications
• Working across various production sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, etc.)
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Supporting Sous and Head Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintaining a clean and efficient workstation in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends and bank holidays)
• A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
• Someone with a 5 year work/education history
