The Best Connection are recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Hortonwood area.

Pay: Starting at £13.05 per hour. The company has pay grades in place, so your pay will increase as you achieve specific skill sets. This is a temp-to-perm role following successful completion of the trial period.

Shifts: Weekly rotating pattern - all shifts are 6am-6pm

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Candidates must be available to work both weeks as part of the rota.

The Role:

• Operating machinery to produce quality products
• Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Completing required documentation and quality inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent machine operating experience
• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work both weeks of the rotating shift pattern
• Candidates will be invited on site to complete an aptitude test, so a good understanding of English in both reading and writing is required
• Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
