CNC Machine Operator

Location: Shrewsbury area ( outskirts)

Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Contract: Full-time, ongoing

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern production environment, working with advanced CNC machinery in a fast-paced, high-quality setting.

The Role

You will be responsible for operating industry-leading CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality throughout the production process.

Key duties include:

• Operating and monitoring CNC machinery
• Setting up and supporting automated machine processes
• Reading and working from technical drawings and schedules
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy of finished components
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment

About You

• Previous experience within CNC machining and manufacturing environment
• Confident reading technical drawings and measurements
• Reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
