Fence Panel Maker

Location: TF6

Pay: £12.71 per hour (with potential increase after probation)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Fence Panel Maker to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with timber experience looking for a long-term role.

What's on offer:

• £12.71 per hour to start
• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Potential pay increase after successful probation period

Key duties:

• Manufacturing fence panels using timber
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood
• Using hand tools and machinery
• Maintaining quality standards
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with timber/wood is essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and hardworking

Additional requirements:

• Must be available to work extra hours during busy periods
• Must have own transport due to location (no public transport available)

This role can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate, with opportunities to increase pay after probation.
