The Best Connection is recruiting experienced Cat B Delivery Driver to support a major global logistics client in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers seeking consistent weekday work and long-term assignments within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry.

What You'll Be Doing as a Cat B Delivery Driver

• Completing 65-100 multi-drop deliveries per day across Croydon & Surrey
• Following planned routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks (pre- and post-shift)
• Loading and unloading parcels with warehouse support
• Delivering excellent customer service while representing the company
• Maintaining strict safety and compliance standards

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak periods)
• Shifts:
• 08:00 - 18:00
• 09:00 - 19:00

Pay & Benefits

• £15.65 per hour (PAYE)
• £23.48 per hour after 45 hours/week
• Weekly pay
• 28 days paid annual leave (pro-rata, including bank holidays)

What We're Looking For

• Valid UK Category B (manual) driving licence
• Minimum 1 year multi-drop or courier experience
• 5 years' referenceable work history
• Ability to pass a DBS check (if required)
• Strong time management and reliability
• A professional, can-do attitude
