Production Operative - Lancaster

£12.84 per hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Weekly Pay

Looking for a hands-on role with a great team, regular hours, and long-term opportunities? We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing site in Lancaster.

Shift Pattern (Rotating Every 4 Weeks)

Morning/ AM - 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon/ PM - 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Nights - 10:00pm - 6:00am

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery
• Carrying out quality checks
• Completing basic paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Following Health & Safety procedures
• Working as part of a supportive team

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
