Production Operative - Lancaster

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Rotating Shifts | Ongoing Opportunity

We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a well‑established manufacturing team in Lancaster. You'll be part of a supportive environment, helping to produce high‑quality products used every day.

Shift Pattern (rotating every 4 weeks)

• AM: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• PM: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am

This role offers a great balance of routine and variety, with opportunities to learn different processes across the site.

Your Role

As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in all stages of the production process, including:

• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Completing basic production paperwork
• Reporting faults or defects to Team Leaders
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
• Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines
• Supporting teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience isn't everything-we're looking for the right attitude:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable team player with good communication skills
• Punctual, hardworking, and keen to learn
