We are seeking a Class 1 Driver for a trunking/shunter role for a prestigious company based in Penrith.
Job Role:
Drivers will be required to drive either a class 1 vehicle trunking or Tug vehicle shunting on the yard depending on the requirements.
Shunting includes:
- Delivering trailer movements in our busy regional yard.
- Driving a Tug on-site.
- All work is yard based, no road work is expected.
- You must have shunting experience as some manoeuvres are in confined spaces.
Pay rates:
£15.63
Hours:
Monday – Friday
- Shifts will be Days & Nights (Start time varies)
Temp to perm position for the right candidate.

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
