Are you an experienced Class 2 Skip Driver looking for consistent, rewarding work? The Best Connection, a leading recruitment agency, is currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Skip Driver to join our client's team in the Polegate area.
About the Role:
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for delivering, exchanging, and collecting skips throughout East Sussex. You’ll represent the company professionally when interacting with members of the public and ensure all vehicle safety checks are carried out before and after each shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, exchange, and collect skips across East Sussex
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and the public
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Please note: Tasks may vary depending on client needs.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Previous skip driving experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Access to a device for completing an online application
Working Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- £14.77 per hour
- Temporary ongoing position with potential for Temp-to-Perm opportunities
