Admin - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Admin | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 14:00 | Hourly Pay £13.50

Job Summary:

Our client is a busy and well-established industrial laundry facility based in Hailsham who are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a variety of administrative tasks while supporting operational teams.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
• Coordinating collection and delivery schedules with operational teams
• Inputting data and producing reports using internal systems
• Raising invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
• Supporting payroll administration and employee records where required
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documentation is up to date
• Assisting with stock and consumables ordering
• Providing general administrative support to management and production teams

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Valid and in date Counterbalance certificate
• Access to a device to complete an online application. 
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
