**Role Overview:**
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play a crucial role in assembling parts from kits or scratch, ensuring impeccable quality and attention to detail. While previous experience is preferred, if you have a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply!

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assemble parts according to specifications with precision and accuracy
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks
• Follow assembly instructions and procedures meticulously
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

**Shift Details:**

• **Shift:** 2:00 pm - 10:00pm , Monday to Friday
• **Hourly Rate:** £11.44 per hour
• **Full-Time Role:** Transition to full-time employment after a successful 12-week probationary period
• Overtime rate paid after completing weekly 37.5 hours

**Requirements:**

• Good eye for detail and precision
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods
• Previous experience in assembly work preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts
