The Best Connection Chesterfield are recruiting for Production Line Operatives for one of our clients based in Chesterfield.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 6am-2pm 

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Line Operatives to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment. Please note this is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, pack, or inspect products to meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Report any faults or issues to the supervisor
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is beneficial
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
