Warehouse Manager

The Best Connection are delighted to advertise for a Warehouse Manager to join a growing and successful company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex on a temporary to permanent basis. We are looking for a switched-on candidate with excellent problem solving and leadership skills and proven managerial experience.

The key duty for this role is to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations including quality assurance, inventory control, floor productivity and shipping within the warehouse.

Warehouse Manager duties include:

• Accurate stock control and management
• Receiving goods in, undertaking inspections and booking in deliveries
• Assembling and packing orders
• Operating a forklift truck safely around the warehouse
• Overseeing warehouse team and managing the flow and quality of work
• Operating IT systems

Requirements:

• Must have counterbalance forklift license
• Previous experience required with an understanding of warehouse management procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• High organisation and time management skills

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Pay: Between £17.78-£20.67 per hour depending on experience, can be negotiable.
