Cat B Driver - Surrey - £13.45 per hour (£14.50 per hour on Bank Holidays)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected food delivery company for a reliable and customer-focused Cat B Driver based in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business operating within the Hospitality and Catering sector.

This is more than just a driving role. You'll be the face of the business, building positive relationships with customers throughout Surrey and ensuring they receive a dependable, friendly service every time you visit. The Role of a Cat B Driver

• Deliver frozen meals directly to customers across your designated route
• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful service at every delivery
• Use a handheld device/app to manage and update deliveries
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues
• Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all road traffic regulations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle
• Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding any delivery issues or delays
• Support customer retention by delivering an exceptional service experience

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Category B)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and basic technology
• Comfortable driving in and around Central London and busy urban areas
• Reliable work history with good attendance and punctuality
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Desirable:

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience
• Experience working within a care, support, or community-based environment
• Awareness of Health & Safety procedures
