Our client in Swan Valley looking for experienced Counter Balance Drivers to join their team on an ongoing basis working fixed shift patterns with immediate starts

Shifts and Pay Rates:

• Working Hours - 2000-0600
• Working Pattern - Tuesday - Friday
• Pay Rate - £16.30 per hour and overtime is paid at £24.41 when you work on your days off

Alternatively we have the other option of the shift below:

• Working Hours - 1800-0600
• Working Pattern - 4 on 4 off
• Pay rate - £17.49 per hour and overtime is paid at £24.93 when you work on your days off

Responsibilities for Counterbalance Driver:

• Operate the Counter Balance efficiently and safely.
• Picking double pallets using FLT up to 3 levels or racking high
• Maintain precise handling of stock, demonstrating warehouse experience.
• Loading and unloading lorries using Counterbalance.
• Exhibit good organisational skills and the ability to work to targets.
• Effectively communicate at all levels, keeping the line manager informed of relevant matters or issues.
• Work at a pace, making decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements for Counter Balance Driver:

• Valid Counter Balance License (UK)
• Previous Counter Balance & Warehouse experience.
• Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in stock handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and willing attitude.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to undertake manual handling activities.
