TEMP-TO-PERM POSITION WITH EXCELLENT CAREER PROGRESSION!

Our client, a leading food production facility based in Ledbury, is looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work with the potential to gain a permanent contract following a successful trial period.

Duties Include:

• Loading raw ingredients and packaging materials into production machinery.
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring food processing equipment.
• Adjusting machine settings (temperature, speed, weight, etc.) to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Recording production data, machine settings, and batch information accurately.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company and food safety standards.
• Following hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Keeping workstations clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Shift & Pay:

Rotating weekly shifts:

• Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:00
• Monday to Friday - 14:00 to 22:30
