Transport Manager
Location: Goole
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call Sunday to Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operation in Goole as a Transport Manager, playing a key role in shaping the future of the new UK division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Induct and onboard new drivers to company standards
- Coordinate and manage a fleet currently consisting of 15 vehicles, with plans to expand to 25, operating across the UK and Europe
- Monitor operational costs, identify trends, and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Promote operational efficiency and work to reduce incidents
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- National and International CPC – Essential
- Proven experience managing a substantial fleet – Essential
- Demonstrated commitment, stability, and experience in a similar role – Essential
- Strong leadership skills: firm and assertive, yet empathetic when required
