Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating a cleaning team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet objectives efficiently.
• Training and mentoring cleaning staff to enhance performance and professionalism.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Managing inventory and ordering cleaning supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a cleaning or industrial setting. 🏭
• Strong leadership and communication skills. 🗣️
• Ability to work flexible shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 one week and 14:00 - 22:00 alternating. ⏰
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 🔍
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices. ⚠️
