The Best Connection is working with our client who are currently looking for a Relief LGV C+E Hiab driver to join their busy team to cover holidays, sickness, training and other absences.
The role is being offered on a temp to perm basis with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Delivering products and customers
- Pre-planned routes / movement orders
- Operate a lorry loader crane in varying environments
- Work within the tanker team to carry out customer service calls
- Completing relevant safety and vehicle checks
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Valid LGV CE licence, digi card and CPC
- Experience in operating a lorry loader crane from 31 tonne up to and above 66 tonnes
- Previous experience operating wagon and drag
- CPCS and / or ALLMI lorry loader operator qualifications.
Pay rate:
- £16.63 per hour
- £24.95 per hour for overtime time paid at time and a half after 45 hours
- When permanent the basic salary is £34,590.40 pa
- When required to pick up a vehicle from another location mileage is paid from home to location
Hours of work:
- Monday – Friday, 45 hour working week
- 6.00am start - finish
