To deliver a world class service to customers, responsible for all aspects of physical and system-based stock management and undertake deliveries of stock as required, as per internal and external customer requirements. After a successful trial you will be offered a permanant position with a salary of £28,038.40.

This is a Monday to Friday position working from 6am-14.00pm.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • To be responsible for all elements of stock management
  • To be the face of our client, maintaining high personal standards
  • Achieve a high standard of accuracy when completing paperwork and when using IT systems
  • To support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business 
  • Consistently support the team in meeting or exceeding key performance measures
  • To liaise effectively and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • To adhere to the Safety procedures and use safety equipment provided
  • To undertake training and coaching as required to increase personal skills to achieve performance standards
  • Plan, organise and prioritise work load using multiple applications and computer systems to ensure internal and external customers are served
  • Manage information reports relating to stock management of the associated stock locations
  • Resolve complex stock issues to maintain high levels of stock accuracy
  • Contribute towards the engagement and effectiveness of the team  
  • To carry out ad hoc activities to support the Operations Manager
  • Carry out Glass Repairs and other ad-hoc duties to support Technicians

                                                                                                 

Key Experience, Knowledge and Skills 

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Self motivated, with the ability to work within a team or individually, as required
  • Basic computer skills essential, coupled with being receptive to system training
  • Decision making skills
