We are excited to offer permanent opportunities from day one for skilled Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Welders/Fabricators to join a leading steel production site in Scunthorpe.

This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, highly automated industrial environment, playing a key role in maintaining critical equipment within the steel industry.

⚙️ What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance to support plant reliability
• Diagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns efficiently
• Completing welding and fabrication work where required
• Working to strict health & safety and industry regulations
• Identifying hazards and implementing safe systems of work

👷 What We're Looking For

• ✅ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Welding/Fabrication (essential)
• ✅ Apprenticeship trained (preferred)
• ✅ Experience in maintenance and fault finding within industrial or heavy engineering environments
• ✅ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• ✅ Flexible, reliable, and eager to develop
• ✅ Strong communication and timekeeping skills

Steel industry experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.

This role is primarily days-based, with the opportunity to move onto a continental shift pattern:

➡️ 2 Days | 2 Nights | 4 Off (12-hour shifts)
