Counterbalance FLT Drivers - Elsham Wold Industrial Estate - £14.00ph Days

We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers to join a busy agricultural operation based on Elsham Wold Industrial Estate.

📍 Location

Elsham Wold Industrial Estate - own transport is essential due to location.

⏰ Shift Pattern

• Days: 6:00am - 6:00pm (12-hour shifts)
• All candidates must start on days to complete training and learn the role
• Opportunity to move onto nights (6:00pm - 6:00am) once fully trained

💷 Pay Rates

• £14.00 per hour (Days)
• £15.50 per hour (Nights - once progressed)

✅ Requirements

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Physically fit and happy to undertake manual duties
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Own transport due to site location

⚠️ Role Overview

This is not just a forklift driving role. Working within an agricultural environment, duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck
• Attaching and handling bulk bags of grain and seed
• Supporting general yard duties
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with manual handling alongside FLT work.
