📍 Location: Brigg (Own transport essential)

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for two Machine Operators to join our production team in Brigg. If you have experience with manual production tools like edging, trimming, band saws, or routers-and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

🕒 Available Roles:

1️⃣ Permanent Day Shift

• Hours:
• Mon-Thurs: 07:45 - 16:45
• Fri: 07:45 - 12:45 (early finish!)
• Pay: £12.71/hour

2️⃣ Permanent Afternoon Shift (after training)

• Hours:
• Mon-Thurs: 14:00 - 00:15
• Fridays off!
• Pay: Competitive base rate + £15 per completed shift (£60/week)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual edging, trimming, band saw, and routing tools with precision
• Deliver consistent, high-quality output
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean working area
• Meet production targets in a high-volume environment
• Report faults or quality issues promptly

• Experienced in manual production processes
• Skilled in using band saws and routing tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Well-organised and reliable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is essential due to location
