The Best Connection are seeking Courier Van Drivers to support our client based in Gateshead. This is a busy parcel delivery role, involving between 65 - 90 drops per day to residential and commercial addresses.

The Role:

• Multi-drop delivery of parcels (65-90 drops per day)
• Adhering to a planned route and delivery schedule
• Customer service focused, ensuring parcels are delivered safely and on time
• Completion of all relevant delivery paperwork/scanning requirements

The Candidate:

• Full UK Cat B driving licence
• Aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
• No more than 3 penalty points (no major endorsements)
• Previous multi-drop or courier experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent driving, time management, and customer service skills
• Subject to DBS check, references, and vetting

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am - 8:00pm (approx.)

Pay Rates:

• £14.63 per hour (PAYE)
• £21.94 per hour after45 hours per week
