We are currently recruiting a Class 2 Tipper Driver on behalf of our client in Brampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and professional driver seeking long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent role.

The Role

As a Class 2 Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering and tipping sand and stone
• Transporting materials from quarries to supply depots and construction sites
• Operating Class 2 tipper vehicles safely and efficiently
• Completing daily vehicle checks and associated paperwork
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 6:00am and 7:00am
• Finish times between 5:00pm and 6:00pm
• Approximately 50 hours per week

Pay & Benefits

• Annual salary equivalent of approximately £36,400
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Immediate start available
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Long-term role with permanent prospects

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• A valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous tipper experience (ideally 6 months or more), although drivers with strong Class 2 experience will also be considered
• A reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
• A good understanding of driver hours legislation and road transport regulations
