Job Title: Transport Clerk (Nights) – Temp to Perm
Location: Livingston
Shift Pattern: Thursday-Sunday, 22:00 – 06:00
Hourly Rate: £14.50

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in logistics? We have an exciting Transport Clerk opportunity in a busy transport environment in Livingston, working night shifts from Thursday to Sunday.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering stability and long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and maintenance of transport records
• Briefing and debriefing drivers
• Answering incoming calls and responding to queries professionally
• Filing and managing driver paperwork
• Supporting the wider transport team with day-to-day admin tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working independently, especially during night shifts
• Basic IT skills, including MS Office and data entry systems
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
