Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (paid weekly)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Candidates would be required to work in the Middlesbrough office at least 4 days per week but then can work a day at home (if they wish).

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives/Supply Chain Coordinator to join a well-established and fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in customer service and order processing.

The Role

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receiving and reviewing customer orders accurately, typically within 24 hours
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates via email and telephone (including liaising with US branches)
  • Supporting commercial, technical, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
  • Billing, material price entry, and creation of debit notes
  • Purchasing raw materials, packaging, and transport

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly SD modules - A minimum of two years experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of logistics/transport (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team
