Higher pay rate is achieved by: Working Overtime

The Best Connection are currently seeking a  Textile Operator for a Manufacturer and distribution Company in the Huddersfield HD7 area.

Hours of Work Mon to Thu (yes a 4 day week) 0630-1700- overtime paid daily after 8hrs 

Responsibilities of the Textile operative

  • Day to Day running of textile machine.

  • Ensuring machines and working areas are kept clean and tidy

  • Facilitate and improve production efficiency

  • Ensure procedures are followed to maintain high quality standards

  • Working alongside a small team to meet targets

  • Due to location and shift start time worker may need their own transport.

Requirements of the Textile operative

  • Previous textile experience would be beneficial but not essential

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good numeracy skills.

  • Good accuracy and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work to target.

  • PC literate.

  • Heavy lifting.
