We are recruiting a temporary Recruitment Administrator to join our prestigious client in Eurocentral. This is a great opportunity to support the recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role is initially for 10 weeks, however there may be potential for it to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain recruitment systems and candidate records
  • Manage recruitment emails and correspondence
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare interview packs and recruitment documentation
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment administration
  • Provide general recruitment administration support as required

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Experience working within recruitment or HR administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
