We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent data entry skills, and a keen ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update transportation records, delivery schedules, and other essential data into systems.
- Switchboard Operation: Answer and direct calls efficiently, managing inquiries and providing assistance to those who require it.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, managing correspondence, and assisting with general office duties to support the transport team.
Requirements:
- Experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in switchboard operations or handling multiple phone lines is beneficial
- Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, email systems) is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
