The Best Connection is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Van Drivers for our Sittingbourne clients.
This role involves making collections and deliveries across the South and local areas.
Approximately 10-20 drops/collections per day!

This position offers the potential to become permanent after a successful probation period, with opportunities for overtime and occasional Saturday shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily collections and deliveries across the South and local areas, completing 10-20 drops/collections per day.
- Safely load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Maintain a high level of customer service during interactions.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Work efficiently within the expected 10-hour shift, with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license (Cat B).
- A valid DBS/CRB check is ideal (or willingness to undergo one).
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading of goods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A good knowledge of the local area and road networks.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to reliability and safety.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts and overtime when required.
