Warehouse Team Leader

**GREAT OVERTIME RATES!!** Our Client, a leading storage and distribution firm based in Droitwich are looking for a Team leader with a Bendi licence to join their growing team for on-going work with the potential of a permanent position after a successful trial period. This is an AFTERNOON SHIFT.

*All candidates must have a Bendi licence *

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility
• Good People skills for working with a range of colleagues and customers
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proactivity

Duties include:

• Establishing, monitoring and maintaining agreed performance levels for all warehouse activity.
• Ensuring efficient flow of stock throughout the site
• Working to agreed KPI’s and objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining a harmonised, people focused, team-working environment.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 1500-midnight

Pay Rate:

• 14.59 Per Hour
• £21.88 after 42.5 hours
• £29.18 Sunday
