• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:45
• Friday: 08:00 - 12:00

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleanroom Operative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks. The successful candidate will perform tasks in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company Quality Systems, ensuring high standards in assembly, inspection, and general production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all administrative functions required by the role, adhering to company Quality Procedures and systems.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures accurately.
• Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of the Quality System.
• Report any issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Operations Lead / Quality Lead.
• Carry out manual assembly and visual inspection tasks.
• Complete line clearance, batch records, training records, and other documentation as required.
• Execute routine tasks with minimal supervision, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.
• Work in a cleanroom environment, following GMP guidelines and defined gowning procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Management team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Previous experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems is advantageous.
