- Cutting Operatives (Fabric/ Foam/ Wood)
What the Role Involves
Depending on your skillset, duties may include:
- Upholstering furniture to a high standard
- Operating industrial sewing machines
- Measuring, marking, and cutting materials accurately
- Working from production specifications
- Ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process
- Working effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team
What We're Looking For
- Experience within upholstery, sewing machining, or cutting roles
- Good attention to detail
- Practical, hands-on skills
- A passion for creating quality products
- Reliability and a positive work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
