Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others? We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Driver to join our Dementia Services team at the Marsh Willow Dementia Centre. 💼 Part-time Role: 20 hours per week split shift: 9:00 am to 11:00 am & 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

🎓 Training Provided: Receive training on vehicle loading procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
🕒 Ideal for Those with Daytime Commitments: Perfect for individuals looking for a part-time role with flexible hours during the day.
Key Responsibilities:
🚗 Drive vehicles and ensure regular checks and maintenance.
👕 Be appropriately dressed and in possession of photo ID cards.
📢 Communicate effectively with residents, carers, and Dementia Centres staff using provided mobile phone.
🤝 Work collaboratively with the team to ensure service continuity and compliance.
📋 Maintain records for monitoring and evaluating service schedules.
Requirements for the Role:
🚗 Hold an appropriate D or "D1" driving license qualification for the vehicle.
👍 Have good verbal and written communication skills.
💪 Ability to form and maintain appropriate professional relationships with vulnerable adults and their carers.
🔄 Flexibility to respond to changing policies, needs, and demands.
📜 Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure required.
