Machine Operative

The Best Connection in Worthing are recruiting on behalf of our Littlehampton based client, an innovator and leader in the Plastic Injection Sector. Machine operating and production experience would be an advantage but is not essential, so if you have worked in a similar production or machine minding environment then you will still be considered for this assignment.

The main duties of the role are:

• Machine minding of plastic injection moulding machines
• Quality checking of finished products
• Packing of finished products
• Moulding and assembly operations of finished products
• Filling in production data into stock monitoring software
• Moulding and assembly operations of finished products

Successful candidates should:

• Be physically fit as the role requires mobility and stamina as you will be monitoring several machines at once and handling raw products.
• Have a good level of spoken and written English.
• Be a team player and open to learning new skills, this ongoing temporary position may transition to a permanent position.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 0600-1400 or 1400-2200
