Customer Service Advisor

The Best Connection are recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors on behalf of an established supplier to the construction industry, who are based in Fazakerley.
The main duties of the role involve-
- Dealing with customer queries & taking orders via telephone and email
- Liasing with suppliers via telephone & email
- Booking in machinery for warranty repairs
- Updating product listings on eBay, Amazon & the company's internal website
- Some general admin duties as required
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate-
- Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential, email/ web chat experience is advantageous
- Polite & professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent literacy skills
- Good organistational & time management skills
The working hours are 8.30am- 5pm, working any 5 days from Monday- Saturday.
These roles are ongoing with a view to become permanent. We have immediate starts available following a successful interview.
