Our client based in St Albans is looking for an Account Manager / Sales Representative.

Main duties will include:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Following up on quotes to maximize sales opportunities
• Communicating professionally with customers via phone and email
• Monitoring customer activity to maintain and grow sales
• Ensuring a great customer experience by managing expectations and providing solutions

Monday to Friday role:

• Hours of work - Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 17:00pm and Friday - 08:00am to 16:30pm

Salary starting is £28,000 but is negotiable depending on experience.
