Farm - Food Production Operative Nights - Shrewsbury (SY4 Area)

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for one of our well-established clients based in the Shrewsbury (SY4) area.

Please note: Due to the location, own transport is essential as there is no public transport available to the site.

Duties will include:

• Working within a fast-paced food production environment
• Preparing and producing food and beverage products
• Assisting with finishing and packing products
• Maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
• Following all health and safety procedures
• General production and housekeeping duties as required

Working Hours:

6:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Thursday

There may also be opportunities to work on Friday nights, depending on production requirements.

Important: From January 2027, the company will be transitioning to a 12-hour 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Candidates must be flexible and available to work this shift pattern when the change is implemented.

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous food production experience is desirable
• A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Own transport is essential due to the location of the site
