Furniture Delivery Driver - Ad Hoc - 2-Man Team (Thetford)

Location: Thetford | Pay: £13.23/hour | Shifts: AM or PM

We're hiring Van Drivers to work as part of a 2-man team, delivering and assembling furniture for our well known client from their depot.

Getting ready for their busy Summer period and beyond - the role can turn into permanent employment - but to begin with drivers are required to cover peaks and holidays.

Please note that successful applicants will need to complete a driving assesment before the assignment starts!

Job Details:

• Delivering and assembling household furniture in customer homes
• Basic assembly required at delivery locations (tools & training provided)
• Working in a 2-person crew
• Two shifts available:
  • Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:30
  • Afternoon Shift: 13:30 - 22:00
• Ad-hoc shifts mean we can work around you!
• Pay: £13.23 per hour (weekly pay)

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
• Physically fit - lifting and carrying involved
• Comfortable using hand tools for basic furniture assembly
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Punctual and reliable - team player mentality
• Furniture delivery or home assembly experience is a bonus (not essential)
