The Best Connection has partnered with a leading client based in Uddingston and is urgently seeking Production Line Operatives to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start.

What you'll be doing:

As a Production Line Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are assembled, processed, and packaged efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will be working as part of a busy production team where your main duties will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Monitoring the quality of products throughout the process.
• Carrying out visual inspections and reporting any faults or issues.
• Ensuring products are correctly packaged and labelled.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
