Job Title: Production Operative
Location: South-West Scotland
Competitive Pay: £12.70 up to 39 hours, and £19.05 for any hours worked after 39 hours per week
Bonus: Weekly bonuses from £20 to £100 for smashing your daily tasks
Start Date: Thursday 15th May

We have two departments with rotational shifts (these shifts are non-negotiable):
Department 1:
- Day Shift Monday to Thursday: 06:00 AM - 14:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), 06:00 AM - 13:30 PM (Friday)
- Back Shift: 14:30 PM - 01:00 AM (Monday - Wednesday), 14:30 PM - 00:00 AM (Thursday)
Department 2:
- Day Shift : 06:00 AM - 14:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), 06:00 AM - 13:30 PM (Friday)
- Back Shift: 16:00 PM - 00:30 AM (Monday to Thursday), 15:00 PM to 22:30 PM (Friday)
Department 3:
- Day Shift : 06:00 AM - 16:30 PM (Monday to Wednesday), 06:00 AM - 15:30 PM (Thursday)
- Night Shift: 18:00 PM - 04:30 AM (Monday to Wednesday), 17:00 - 02:30 AM (Thursday)
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll operate machines that turn logs into lumber, stack it up for shipping. It’s a job for those who love to work hard, stay sharp, and embrace the grain!
**Important Note: Due to our location, the sawmill is not accessible by public transport. Candidates must have their own reliable transport to get to and from work.**
