Here at The Best Connection, we are currently seeking a Production Controller for our Client based in Horsham. Our client is the leading UK manufacturer of bespoke timber doors and other timber products.

As a Production Controller, your role is to ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You’ll be central to coordinating production activity; keeping jobs organised, instructions clear, and standards high. It’s about staying one step ahead so the factory runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will be in charge of managing the daily flow of production work ensuring jobs are tracked, documentation is accurate, and technical standards are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and managing the Production Log ensuring accuracy at all times
• Report hazards to eliminate the risk of accidents in the workplace. And ensure that health and safety measures are being adhered to at all times. Procedures and PPE
• Identify and raise any issues that could delay or disrupt production

• Support the Production Control Manager with day-to-day coordination and reporting

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical operations environment
• Experience managing workflow documents, job tracking, or production coordination is ideal

Pay rate: From £29,000 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30- 17:30)
