The Best Connection are recruiting an experienced LGV C (HGV Class 2) HIAB driver for our nationally recognised client based in Cramlington. The role is delivering roofing products to private and commercial properties. They are looking for a driver to provide regular holiday + sickness cover. 

The role:

• Driving and operating a Cat C Grab HIAB (remote)
• Complete domestic and commercial deliveries in North East
• Loading, and unloading of stock for deliveries
• Completion of relevant delivery paperwork

The candidate:

• LGV C licence, CPC & Digi card - all valid and in date
• HIAB certificate 
• Experience in a similar role
• Maximum of 6 penalty points with no DD, DR convictions

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• £16.75 per hour basic rate for first 8 hours Monday to Friday
• £25.12 per hour overtime rate after first 8 hours Monday to Friday, and all hours Saturday
• £33.50 per hour overtime rate for all hours worked Sunday and Bank Holidays
