We are currently seeking a Class 2 Tipper driver for our client based in the Sittingbourne area!

Pay Rate: £17.21 per hour

You are Guaranteed 8 hours pay per day

(if you work over 8 hours you are still paid for all hours worked)

About this role:

- You will start your day by arriving at the Sittingbourne depot and collecting your empty tipper.

- You will then drive 5 minutes down the road to a Jetty where a crane will fill up the back of your tipper with product.

- There will be a control button in your vehicle to release the crane when you have reversed onto the jetty.

- Once your vehicle is loaded you'll drive back to the depot where you will empty the tipper.

- You will be doing this back and forth every day through out the week until the shipment has been emptied.

- You will be working a 4 to 5 day work week depending on how quickly the product gets moved from A to B.

- You will be working on average an 8 hour shift per day.

- This is a very easy role but it is repetitive!!

Please be aware that this role is reliant on Ships arriving on time, so this role can be affected by weather conditions! This may also alter your start time for that day if shipments are delayed etc.

Start times:

Start times vary depending on the time of year/if the shipment is on time:

The usual start time during the winter months is: 2pm to 10pm

The usual start time during the Summer months is: 9am to 5pm

Drivers finish no later than 10pm

Shift Pattern:

Tuesday to Saturday

This role is an ongoing role with the opportunity to go Temp to Perm
