We are recruiting for a Care Assistant.

Be part of our dedicated Care Assistants, providing high standard service to our well-established clients who are based in and around the Worthing Area.

Here's what you need to know about this job role:

• Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents
• Daily and nightly checks
• Promoting Person Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity
• Promoting independence and support to residents
• Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, providing assistance with feeding
• Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home's community
• Recording of resident's daily logbooks and food/fluid intake
• Supporting the home with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Competency checks
• Previous experience
