We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and hard-working Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our outdoor maintenance team. You'll be responsible for maintaining parks, green spaces, public areas, and commercial grounds to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role that involves early starts and working in all weather conditions, so a strong work ethic and reliability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting using mowers and strimmers

• Hedge trimming and pruning

• Leaf clearance and litter picking

• Weeding, planting, and basic landscaping

• Use of hand tools and powered equipment

• Ensuring grounds are clean, tidy, and safe

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

About You:

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening is desirable

• Basic knowledge of tools and machinery

• Driving licence is essential as will be using company vehicles
