Following an internal restructure, one of the UK’s leading Security Managed Service providers found themselves with a need for a flexible staffing solution in Gatwick Airport to meet their sudden increase in demand.

Problem/Issue Client was Facing

In order to maintain excellent levels of customer care, the organisation quickly required more than 70 Customer Care and Ramp Agents dedicated to supporting passengers with restricted mobility within the airport environment, across multiple shifts. Each candidate needed to possess a full five-year Aviation Security vetting.
