Charity and Community Initiatives
EDI Champion Group: Comprising of employees from all areas of the business, our champions strive to build awareness, engagement and support for EDI within our organisation. This group meets regularly and actively encourages involvement from Senior Leadership and external EDI experts to drive meaningful change.
Focus Groups: We have created a number of internal focus groups dedicated to discussing and raising awareness on key topics such as menopause, mental health, disability, working parents, age, and more. Alongside this, we host a range of virtual Support Groups and Cafes to provide our employees with the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and gain support.
EDI Calendar – Our comprehensive EDI calendar serves as a platform to educate and empower not only our employees and temporary workforce but also our clients and the wider community. Through diverse channels such as internal communications, social media, blogs, news articles, and more, we strive to foster understanding, awareness, and inclusivity in every aspect of our organisation.
