Visit the Help Centre for information on:
- WOWPoints and e-codes
- Card linked perks and travel bookings
- Financial perks and account details
Click the ‘Help Centre’ icon at the top right of the Perks at Work page to browse FAQs or submit an inquiry.
You can also email support@nextjump.com to create a support ticket. The support team is available to help you make the most of your Perks at Work experience.
Make sure you are using the same email address linked to your MyTBC portal account. If issues continue, try:
- Resetting your password
- Closing and reopening the app
- Updating to the latest version
